Re: people fermenting stuff. On a visit to the Yucatan I was given a home brewed honey liqueur called Xtabentun. It’s available commercially but is not, as the homebrew was, made from honey the bees make from hallucinogenic plant pollen. It’s very tasty and lots of fun.
