wow, no comments on cats post? I have no tats, but if I did I would not appreciate them being carved off and mounted. pictures taken fine. never mind the legality of such actions.

I love all of them. I personally have 7, including a Harry Potter one! I have the Dark Mark on my arm. I love it. I grew up with my mom reading me the books as bedtime stories. I will always remember that when I look at it.

the only difference between tattooed people and non tattooed people is that the tattooed folks don’t care if you don’t have one. i find it curious that all these tat hating folks can’t wait to view other tattoo pics.(then run them down) life is full of personal choices.make your own,but don’t trash me out for mine.(and btw,don’t forget to cross the street when you see us coming)

I make 60K a year. I have 2 degrees. I have been to 9 countries and 4 continents. I’ve met presidents, dignitaries and diplomats from most of these countries.

I would wear all my clothing for the rest of my life. i try not to wear anything with logos or pictures. i dont think i should pay some company to give them free advertising. but that is besides the point.

I have six tattoos and i love them all. i dont get them for anyone to look at me. i get them for me.

Im not religious at all so should i say that all reigious people are ignorant and just wasting their time? It not my buisness. they can put up all the jesus loves you billboards and bumper stickers they want its not going to impact my life in the slightest way. Just like everyones tattoos wont impact you.

Wow those tatoos are horribly bad. I’ve seen way better. The mustace is a great gag but the tatto pic of that one isn’t very good. This is disapointing.

I have six tats. All are hidden so that no one can see them. I got the tats for me, not for the world to see. My favorite, by the ways, is the one behind my left ear: it’s my granddaughters’ names. I guess if I go bald, someone will see it. By then, I doubt if I’ll care.

I have 6 tattoos and each one has special meaning to me. I am a teacher and my students all know about my tattoos. I’m most proud of the tattoo on my left leg. It is an outline of The Beatles’ Abbey Road album cover. I get compliments on it all the time.

P.S. All my tattoos have a special meaning to me and my mom was the one who drew all of them. They all represent things about me that’ll never change so I don’t mind wearing them on my body every day. They are also in places where when I do go into the professional setting where I work you wouldn’t notice them, as a program manager. I also went to a top university and got my BA in psychology, I’ve never committed a crime, and I’ve never delivered a pizza. My tattoos have no baring on my work ethics. Plus the fact that I am not a whore leaves me STD free!

When I get old One, I either won’t be able to see my tattoo on my back and my stylish orthopedic shoes will be coming the ones on me feet. Or two I’ll think, “Hell that must have been some great night last night, maybe next time I should go to a better artist.” when the Alzheimer’s kicks in! I wouldn’t trade my tattoos for the world. I am hoping to get another tattoo or 5!

There’s things that I don’t care for that people do to their bodies, but I don’t go, “Ew gross imagine what that ear lobe is going to look like when you’re 80.” Hell if that’s what you want to do to yourself go for it! So don’t put down my tattoo just because you don’t like the idea of tattoos. Go get a stick on one, maybe it’ll change your mind!

hmmm….and here I thought my mom was a real estate agent with a loving 30 year relationship with my dad, but now I know her shameful secret! Ever since she got that breast cancer ribbon tattoo in remembrance of my grandmother she’s turned into a STD-ridden-pizza-delivering-whore! Thanks for opening my eyes to the truth!

but seriously folks, lets not waste our time educating the closed-minded, but instead let us focus on the purpose of this thread and celebrate the glory of body ink and those who appreciate it.
