Let me ask you food students… do you pronounce it “KUL-inary” or “CYOOL-inary”? I know what the dictionary says, but I’m want to know what the pros say.

The Metro Community College in Nebraska has a culinary school that’s in the top 15 in the US, but costs $3,500 for the whole program.

And their student Bistro restaurant is FANTASTIC.

Im actually in culinary school right now at Los Angeles Trade Tech… I pay about 200 bucks a semester. ANd thats just for my books.

Sure you may think well its a trade school. Yes. But my teachers are master chefs and former Cordon Blu chefs. We use the books that they use at Cordon Bleu (Cordon Blah as we call it) so don’t shy away from the community colleges if thats all you can afford.

Im actually going to me starting school at the CIA in two weeks, the campus is beautiful and the facilities are about as nice as you can get.
