If today’s offering seems like a trivia question, it is. But the circumstances surrounding it are astounding (at least to me). Besides, solving it certainly qualifies as a Brain Game, especially if you’re good enough to come up with both answers. Good luck!
Per the Internet Movie Database, nearly 425 movies
have earned $100 million or more at U.S. box offices
over the century-long history of feature films.Amazingly, only TWO of these films contain
the word “LOVE” in their titles, and both
of them lie near the very bottom of the list. Can you name either of these films?
Wow that was a tough one. I got the older one (hint from 1970) but the newer one I didn’t have a clue. Tough one for a Monday Sandy.

Holy moly I got them both somehow!? Shakespeare was easy, and then Love Story just popped into my head.

I got the older movie and took a stab with “The Spy Who Loved Me,” figuring that a James Bond blockbuster had a good chance to be on the list. Turns out I was wrong.

I went old school twice. Got Love Story, missed with To Sir With Love.

Got “Shakespeare in Love”, but my other guess was “Love Actually” which actually grossed only $60M.
“The Spy Who Loved Me” got $47M
“To Sir, With Love” got $42M
