Jason Giambi’s next home run will give him 400 for his career. Of this club’s 43 current members, 20 are not in the Hall of Fame. Some are active players, some are steroid guys, and others have been rightfully ignored by the voters. How many non-HOFers in The 400-Home Run Club can you name in 8 minutes?

I got like 5 or 6, I would have gotten more if it accepted “A bunch of black guys from the first half of the 20th century who weren’t allowed to play with the whites”… I suppose thats a long answer though.

Um, wow, maybe you could have just said a bunch of Negro Leaguers, as that’s a much more respectful phrasing than a bunch of black guys.
It was called the Negro Leagues, and those guys are damn proud of what they accomplished, as well they should be, and several have gotten into the “white” Baseball HOF in Cooperstown (there is a committee that considers only Negro League players), as well as having their own HOF in KC, MO
