I definitely remember the “window guests” back when Batman first aired. As a kid back then it seemed so real. Watching it now its so obvious that Robin’s cape is pointing toward the “wall”and the guests are at an unnatural angle.

These are hilarious! I loved the series and, like Johnny Cat, I don’t really remember any of them either… Well, except Sammy Davis, Jr. and The Green Hornet and Kato. I remember freaking out, as a kid, when the Green Hornet and Kato popped in.

I actually remember seeing these as a kid, but the scenes were often cut out of reruns to make more time for commercials.

The Green Hornet and Kato appeared in the window shot on 28 September 1966. The next year, the would appear working with/against Batman and Robin

Santa Claus, played by Andy Devine, appeared on 22 December 1966

I’m sorry, but I grew up on Batman TV. These are all stuff that either never made it to the show and done in fun, or there’s a whole lotta Batman I’ve forgotten. It actually looks like promo stuff, so I think my fragile memory is safe. Maybe there was one of these on an actual show.
