It is probably supposed to be “Cyr, who had been a superintendent of schools in Nebraska” which would mean that Cyr was an administrator over the schools in Nebraska.

The cartoon never really specified whether they made it back, but there was a D&D comic done about 12-14 years ago about Elminster taking someone on a tour of the Forgotten Realms. The person he was taking along was a grown-up Presto, and the others were all there at the beginning trying to persuade Elminster into taking him.

Does anyone remember if the kids from the D&D Cartoon ever made it back to their home or did the Dungeon Master keep them as his slaves? Anyone remember? Just curious.
