A local accounting office employs four men whose names are often confused becaused of their similar sound. Their first names (in no particular order) are Lon, Ron, Jon, and Don, and their last names (again, in no particular order) are Karley, Barley, Parley, and Harley.
Based on the information above, and the sole clue that follows, can you determine the matching first-and-last names for each of the four men? Good luck! [NOTE: This puzzle was revised after a typo was discovered early A.M.]
Only ONE man’s first initial
comes AFTER his last initial alphabetically.
A typo in this Brain Game (now corrected) prompted me to remove comments describing the error to avoid confusion for later readers. I’ve placed this comment in their stead to verify that the comments were received and acknowledged. My thanks and apologies.

I got it right, but I still want to know how McLanderstone got his/her name. I usually get a smile out of your titles, Sandy, but you stumped me with this one.

Easy peasy.

Betsy, I’ve worked on a few fiction projects on and off for several years, and one of the character’s names in a story I wrote long ago was McLanderstone.
For this puzzle, I wanted a name that sounded office-like but couldn’t possibly be a real company… and it popped into my head.
Apologies that the story isn’t more interesting!
[and I rarely do this, but my reCaptcha was "Owen reported" -- as in: "Owen reported, 'People train don't run out of Wichita. People train run out of St- Stubbville.'"]
I’m done now.
