12 of 12. Way too easy.

The half the possible answers weren't even real teams. You should have used teams like the Clippers, who were in Buffalo and SD before LA. or the Athletics, who were in Phil and KC before Oak. At least people would have to guess which city they moved to first.

Or the NHL, which changed team nicknames w/ the moves, confusing things. Like the Winnepeg Jets. You used the Blue Jackets, an expansion team, and the Blues, who to my knowledge haven't relocated. Why not used the Avalanche and the Hurricanes as options, who used to be the Nordiques and the Whalers (I'm pretty sure) as options. Matching a new city AND nickname to the new city AND nickname is much tougher. You could have done all 3 w/ the same 3 answers.

And you used the WRONG frakking North Stars logo, making it obvious they became the Dallas Stars. You should have used the old school logo from the 70s to about 1990 that had a capital N w/ a star at the top of it. They changed the logo to one you used IN ANTICIPATION OF MOVING so they could rebrand themselves as the Stars and not the North Stars (the MN state motto is translated "The Star of the North")

12 out of 12 . . .the San Jose Earthquakes situation is very similar to what the NFL did when the Browns left Cleveland and became the Baltimore Ravens. The city of Cleveland retained the iconic name of the Browns and all of the team records, set by Hall of Famers like Otto Graham and Jim Brown. The Ravens started from scratch and defined their own records. When the NFL expanded back into Cleveland, the "new" Browns retained the identity of the "old" Browns.

11 out of 12, not bad. Missed the WNBA, which I don't pay attention too. Though this shows I read too much sports history.
