Morning Cup of Links: People Dressed as Smurfs
by Mario Marsicano - June 10, 2009 - 5:00 AM

If you’re not a New Yorker, you probably don’t know what the HighLine is. But if you’re planning a visit, you should put it on your list of things to see.
*
If I tell you a world record for people dressed as Smurfs has been broken, I’m betting you might take a look.
*
If you took a poll of British women, asking whom they would most like to lick, who do you think would top the list?
*
Ever wanted a Spyrograph business card? This site shows you how. (Although you do need access to a laser-cutter.)
*
I’m in a Star Trek state of mind this week, so I had to post this Trekkie/Monty Python mashup.
*
Got 200 seconds? Then you’ve got time to watch 100 of the best movie lines of all time.
*
Here are four words you usually don’t see together…Creative Bus Stop Design. I think the swing is my favorite.
*
It’s not July of 2009 yet, but that didn’t stop this site from putting together a list of the most anticipated movies of 2010.
*
How cereal transformed American culture. Just in case you were wondering.

  1. It seems as though the link to the “most anticipated movies of 2010″ isn’t correct – it links to a page titled “Comic babes who could kick your a$$.” Perhaps I missed something, but this doesn’t seem right…

  2. Sorry to be a pain, but can the links for this (and for the weekend) please be set to auto open in a new browser?

  3. I agree with Eli. Can we please make sure the links auto open in a new browser window because it is frustrating to have to click back or remember to use the middle mouse button. I like to go through all the links every day.

  4. If you’re not from Montana, you probably don’t know what the High Line is! (It’s Highway 2 that runs east to west across the northern-most part of the state)
