The opening line of this article sounded very familiar.

After repeating it to myself several times I remembered reading a book called
“Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day”.

I pulled out a dog earred, pages falling out copy and just read it again after about 30 years. (Don’t ask why I still have a children’s book from 30 years ago.) It made me laugh, which is something I needed especially since I’ve been laid off.

To show my appreciation I’m going out tomorrow and buying a copy of the Good News issue of Mental Floss.
