Good luck getting Sears to provide actual customer service. It took me forever to get them to credit my credit card for items that were never even shipped to me. Loooong story! I finally ended up cancelling the whole order and going to The Home Depot. It just was so much easier.

Love the Sons of Maxwell guitar story. Those situations are so infuriating and if there is a creative way to get the word out and have the company finally take notice, that is great.
