With Jay Leno filling NBC’s 10:00 time slot every night next season, the days of Must See TV are almost certainly over. How much do you remember of NBC’s previous Thursday night domination? Name all of the shows that ran under the Thursday night Must See TV name (between 1983-2003). We’re only looking for ones that made it a full season, so don’t worry about trying to remember Inside Schwartz. Trust us, you’re better off that way.

  1. Well, that was mostly unsuccessful, but holy crap, The Single Guy. I loved that show. Thanks for the blast from the past!

  2. Got two! Apparently I spent Thursday nights somewhere else.

  3. got 11–i really should’ve gotten veronica’s closet and grand.

i don’t remember some of these being on thursdays…must be gettin old…

  4. what about Caroline in the City? that show certainly lasted more than 1 season!

  5. well I’m really admitting that I have no life but I have to comment on a few.
Cursed was also called The Steven Weber Show. Tea Leoni starred in The Naked Truth, which I’m pretty sure was on Thursdays. And what about Caroline in the City???

  6. Caroline in the City was a pretty big oversight on my part – it did spend a full season on Thursdays before moving to Tuesdays and eventually Mondays. Many apologies.

Tara- Cursed was also renamed “The Weber Show” (no Steven), which is a valid answer on the quiz. And The Naked Truth only made it a few months on Thursdays before moving another night.

  7. Thanks Jason! I now feel validated by the _floss, but I still think need to get a life….

  8. Got half of them…
