I was always under the impression that ‘query’ actually did ryhme with ‘very.’ What is the alternative pronounciation?

There’s a military airbase in Japan where the traffic is stopped everytime a plane lands or takes off. Unlike Gibraltar, the runway doesn’t intersect with the road, but runs along each end of the runway so there was the chance that the planes would fly too close to the road.

I’m pretty sure I managed to navigate the labrynthine linguistics in that poem. It’s strange to think that 90% of people who speak English couldn’t manage that task. Apparently English language isn’t something that’s stressed in English classes anymore.

I’ve been to Gibraltar on a day tour — our tour guide says there are only four flights a day — two arriving from Heathrow, and two departing back.
