Wait a sec – Kirstie Alley was a contestant on the $25,000 pyramid? I distinctly remember her as a contestant on Match Game…before she fixed the gap between her two front teeth.

I wonder if she’s been on any others…

When Michael Larson was on Press Your Luck, CBS actually tried to not pay him, but their lawyers later determined that he hadn’t “cheated,” but merely figured out how best to play the game. They quickly revamped the board to make it much more difficult (but still not impossible) to do Larson’s feat again.

I watched the special on GSN that was made shortly before Peter Tomarken was killed. Fascinating.

I remember Kirstie Alley as a contestant on the $25,000 Pyramid, and Vanna White as a contestant on The Price is Right. (I saw them on an old game show retrospective years ago).
