We’ll be rolling out a variety of new shirts in the next few weeks, starting with these. ‘Monogamy: I’m Not Married to the Idea’ is the brainchild of Mangesh’s wife, Lizzie, and ‘Spell Czech’ is an Ellen Patton creation.
To celebrate our new arrivals, all our T-shirts are 15% off when you use the coupon code newtees before checkout. (Discount not applicable to Outlet Store items.) And be on the lookout for more new tees soon!
I don’t get the Mole shirt…what am I missing?

Avogadro’s number is 6.02 X 10^23, and is used to calculate a ‘mole’ of atoms or molecules.
Someone w. a better memory please correct anything that’s wrong in my statement above.

It took me a second to get, too, but it refers to the mole that is a unit of measurement in chemistry equalling 6.02×10^23. Clever shirt!

Mangesh might want to be concerned, given his wife’s suggestion.

I like the “spell czech” one. Classic.

Heh. I didn’t know the math equation but I know how to add…
602-1023
6+2=8
1+2+3=6
You know what happens when you 86 something. Gotten rid of.

I didn’t get the mole shirt right away, either, but I figured it had to do with the moles I vaguely remembered learning about in high school chem (I should get the “I’m an English major, you do the math” shirt). My husband, who is a chemist, thought it was great.
On the other hand, I thought the marriage one was funny. My husband totally didn’t get it. So I didn’t understand the science one, and he didn’t get the play on words. I love it.
