I must say that I know of a few dogs that have adopted lost deer. In Co we have a lot of deer, and for some reason the dogs and baby does just bond. It’s very sweet.

I would also say Mademoiselle Giselle would be a Madame now. :)

When I see Huahua, I see a dog with a toy that it’s about to run in the other room with…doesn’t look adopted so much as “caught.”

Border collies have a natural instinct to herd other animals – that’s one reason they’re great with little kids, they’ll stop the kids from running into the street by “herding” them back into the yard.

when I was a kid there was a petting zoo in my town where a dog adopted a baby raccoon.
