Yeah, that production quality is far too good to not be sponsored, haha.

They stressed the relationship between the buyer an seller quite a bit, which is a very important part of business.  Speaking from experience, customer service has to be second to none, and treating your customers with respect, and even as a close friend can really grow business.  Like the documentary said, you can learn what the customer wants and needs, and supply them with it.</description>
