I used to work in the video dept. at the State of Illinois, and we interviewed the sculptor one year. She re-used the same butter every year (unless it got dirty.) After doing the cow for several years, she started doing a calf, as well. The interview stands out in my memory vividly, because her false teeth fell out of her mouth during the interview.
