HOLY CRAP! wishing I had know that security at the Antwerp Diamond Center had more holes than a decent Swiss cheese. A no brainer? You do not have "regular" patrols, change security codes for entry daily and have recordings from cameras MILES away. Who were the people responsible for seurity? should take two or three "codes" to enter a secure area? Heat sensors, movement sensors and pressure sensors in the floor? finger print, retnial or implanted chips for entry to secure areas? Seems like, back then, it would be easier to steal diamonds than nick a ball point pen from my local bank?
