My favorite menu item at Applebee’s was always the Oriental Chicken Wrap, but it’s no longer on the menu (at least not since I went about a month ago). However, the Oriental Chicken Salad is on the menu and you can order it as a wrap, and if you’re lucky, the manager will be kind enough to give it to you as part of the 2 for $20 meal deal.

I know all about custom items at Taco Bell! (It’s practically my second home! J/k, I love it, but I make it there once a week or less.) One time I almost had the poor girl cashier giggling when I ordered an XXL chalupa, no meat sub beans, no red strips, and no sour cream. (Sounds weird, but it was good!) I probably should have explained to her that I was a vegetarian, but I didn’t think to do that. If I ever order that inside again, I will so that no one has a giggle fit. (I don’t think she was laughing at me, she probably just thought it was surprising and odd
since she had to repeat it back to me.)

I would love to go to In-N-Out Burger to try their fries animal style (I think that’s just with sauce), but I don’t know if there’s one where I live.
Also a grilled cheese sounds good.

I have been known to order a lot of things without the meat. I love the chicken-less wrap at Applebees because of the sauce that comes with it, and the chicken-less wrap at Sonic is really good too!

I worked at a Subway in high school (in America) and we had the pizza sub on our menu. 10 slices of pepperoni, not nine. And Subway people will make pretty much anything you ask for, as long as it isn’t busy. Once a girl came in asking for a grilled chicken with bacon and tuna..

In western Iowa at only a select few Pizza Huts, you can get “white sauce” to dip breadsticks in. No, it’s not the same as garlic sauce. I actually have no idea what’s in it (other than probably a thousand grams of fat), but it’s delish. I’ve always wondered where else this is offered (haven’t found it on this side of the state). Anyone else have this?

Boyfriend orders the pizza sub at Subway every time we go. I don’t eat meat but it does look amazing and he assures me it is. We’ve been to several locations and he’s never had an issue with them making it for him :)

Anyone ever have the Carolina burger at wendy’s. They use to have this in SC when i was in college, it was a cheese burger with onion chili and slaw and was delicious.

Go to dairy queen and ask for a “chocolate Utopia”. It’s my favorite thing to get there, and they took it off the menu years ago, but they can still make it if you ask, they just use mudslide ingredients.But really, they’re the best!

A standard McDonald’s big breakfast comes with scrambled eggs, sausage, a biscuit and hash browns. If you order a big breakfast with Canadian bacon they will give you a big breakfast with a piece of Canadian bacon (round) instead of the sausage.

In-N-Out: You can get your fries “well done” which means fried twice for extra crispy or “raw” which means fried less time for softer

Starbucks: Getting a chai with an extra shot of espresso is a “dirty chai” – 2 extra shots of espresso and it’s a “filthy chai”

Mister Softee (only in NYC midtown): They have special toppings for the chocolate dip cones like potato chips or peanut butter filled pretzels – my personal favorite, half and half!
