Sorry, but question 10 is misleading – the Senate gets a week off for Columbus Day, but the House is traditionally back in session the following day.

Fahrenheit 9/11 taught me one part of a bill becoming a law that I hadn’t known – that Congressmen and Senators don’t actually read the bills put before them, leading them to pass any ridiculous piece of legislation regardless of what it asks.
