I just spotted these photos on TheCellar, and the things were too cuddly not to post about. When I initially looked at the photo, I assumed the guy was nuts– obsessed with stuffed animals of the panda variety. But apparently, those fluffballs are 100% real! According to the site, the Sichuan Wolong Panda Protection and Breed Center has run into a bit of luck with their artificial insemination program as 16 baby pandas have been born since July. Even better? With 38 females impregnated, more pandas are set to hit the scene in February. Of course, I’m a little confused as to why the last little bear has found himself in a tupperware container (I’m guessing it’s to keep the young pandas fresh until the next litter arrives), but I’m not asking questions. Ok. I have just decided to quit my job. If I’m not working in a room full of baby pandas then it aint worth my time!

I think a lot of young or small animals are put into containers like that so they can’t squirm around a bunch when being weighed.

I think it’s wonderful how many pandas they have managed to produce. I would hate to see this breed become extinct. I have always thought they were adorable, and these babies just enhance that opinion.

Hi .. so cute pandas i m a greater lover of baby pandas .. my life dream is to play with them atleast once im from india can ne1 let me know if i m lucky to play with them atleast for a hour..
