When I was 13, I dressed up as a Stormtrooper for Halloween. The costume was as fun to make as it was to trick-or-treat in. As I gamboled across suburban New Jersey lawns, I remember thinking: This must be what Stormtroopers do on their day off.
Judging from this awesome photo gallery, apparently I wasn’t too far out of the solar system. These are just some of the highlights, though. For all the great photos, hyperwarp over to WildAmmo.com.

In high school, I had just won a storm trooper like the ones in the picture, and we started doing an experiment with laser pointers and lenses, and we set him up holding the laser pointer. That was more fun than just about anything we did all year.

Growing up we had almost all of the Star Wars toys, villages, ships etc. My mom gave it to Salvation Army, why I don’t know. It’s a really sore subject with my sister. I miss them.

I have a huge collection of the new Star Wars action figures, but the old Stormtroopers are still the best. Ah…I feel like a five year old.

this is from a series of photos on flickr called Stormtrooper 365. The photographer is taking 1 photo a day, of stormtroopers, for 365 days. Fun!
