You’re right about the movement. He’s playing the final movement from the “Summer” Concerto from the Four Seasons. This movement is often referred to as “The Storm” for obvious pictorial reasons.

Two years ago, in Stuttgart, Germany, I heard another Russian playing this same music on the street on the accordian. He was incredible. Even better (I think) than this amazing musician. They must have a special school in Russia where they learn this. Just amazing!
