AUGH, why do all the state flags have to have [RANDOM STUFF] on blue?

I was expecting Louisiana to have a French motto and I messed myself up. Sigh.

Mental Floss quizzes are usually pretty tough, so I was surprised to get 12 out of 12. A couple of them I was crossing my fingers and hoping I was right, though.
