I’ve noticed that this quiz is sprinkled with the re-illustrations that the Cleary books printed after about 2002 always have. I’m sure that they felt the pictures should look up-to-date, but I don’t feel they’re as charming as the old ones. Especially the older books with the Louis Darling pictures were really cute.

I agree re: the book covers. I felt the same way with the Judy Blume book covers…I loved the old ones (the ones I grew up with in the late 70s/early 80s) :)
Great quiz! And there was also that unfortunate incident with the toothpaste and the NOSMO KING :)

I don’t remember the gum stuck in her hair. I do remember the burr-like crown in one book, She made it outside during a parent-teacher conference.

I live a few blocks from Klickitat street, but apparently physical proximity doesn’t convey any special powers, as I did about as well as someone picking random answers would have done. Ahem.
