For the past 5 years, mental_floss has been on a mission to help our readers live like geniuses. So, just in time for Valentines Day, we thought we’d put together a little worksheet to help you LOVE like geniuses. The worksheet includes strategies employed by smarties like Einstein and Dorothy Parker. Your mission is to match each genius to the romantic strategy he/she perfected. So click here to open the printable version. I suggest you tape it to your office/cubicle wall to let everyone know just how smart a lover you are.
I was tickled to get two right, but they were C and E, both of which referred to the genius as an example. I hadn’t read that far when I wrote down my answers, however, so I’m taking credit.

I agree with all of the above and practice all of the above every day. I also got all of the above correct and don’t know if I should pat myself on the front, hit myself in the chops or just shoot myself. Please advise.

Why is there only 1 woman in the whole list, including the “also worked for” part? Dorothy Parker was not the only female genius out there!

Sorry for my ignorance but I had to use Google in order to find “the achievements” of D. Parker.
Unlike A. Einstein or Marie Curie, Dorothy Parker is not exactly a houshold name in Germany.
Is she just a local, US type genius?

I don’t even think Dorthy Parker is a common name in the US. I can’t seem to place her. I believe a Google search is in order here as well…

I am sad! This is the same sheet as last year (I’m pretty sure, but I didn’t do a point-by-point analysis) and I was so looking forward to a new one!

Hmm. I got Newton and Einstein right. My sister and brother-in-law got three working together.
As far as women geniuses, I know from my studies in college that there are far more men geniuses. Don’t get too excited men or too upset women…. there are also more men with cognitive deficits.
