		<description>Another comment on the 3rd one down.  This was a HUGE problem and my previous employer.  We were having at least one seat broken a week in the restroom.  The memos went out in Vietnamese after a week when we had three. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.  How would you explain that one to OSHA?</description>
