		<description>i am just glad to see/hear people who actually can do something about it (good or bad) talk about it publicly. it&#039;s felt like a dirty secert for years. but people should be talking about it, the good and bad of DRM.</description>

		<description>Apple is definitely not playing nice with others.  When I updated Quicktime, iTunes came along for the ride.  Once installed, my Yahoo musicmatch jukebox couldn&#039;t load.  I couldn&#039;t transfer MM tunes to iTunes, nor iTunes content to MM.  

Jobs is like a politician trying to gruntle the folks back home by voting for legislation he knows is doomed.  The greed isn&#039;t unique to Apple, but methinks he doth protest too much.</description>
