Sure, your mom and pop probably told you that you can be anything you want when you grow up… A lawyer? no problem! An astronaut? Certainly! The President of the United States of America? Well, not so fast Buster. The truth is, not everyone has what it takes to be the Prez. That’s why this President’s Day we’re helping sort out the contenders from the pretenders with our very first Presidential Quiz! It’s quick, it’s easy, and in a matter of minutes you’ll know whether your political dreams have a leg to stand on.
Click here to take the wonderful quiz (written by Cormac O’Brien, author of the incredibly addictive Secret Lives of US Presidents) now.
I am shamefully underqualified. I scored 5%. Good thing I don’t want to be president!

Wow, I got 60%. White House, here I come. Guess that huge project on all the presidents taught me something after all.

You’re all gonna lose, I got 65%!

Nice. However, it’s not a test of fitness for the Presidency, but rather a test of one’s knowlege of the history of Presidential peccadillos.

I’ve been spending too much time with protectives services, 95% from listing to the war stories. Go for it and I’ll watch your back.

Hmmm…10%. Good thing I plan on being a meteorologist.

I agree with posting #5. IT’s pretty bad when we have to look to past presidents’ weak points to establish CURRENT fitness. It’s a trick test, and doesn’t contribute anything to re-establishing a common sense basis to be president, which, Lord knows, we need badly.

I got a zero. Really.

10%. But I’m British & female, so no chance there, anyway…

I got a zero. I feel like a failure. :-)

I scored 35%. I wasn’t sure whether it was a real test at first. But, geez, Nat and Neil, it’s not a serious test - it’s a Mental Floss test, a triva test. Lighten up.
