Scott, Vegemite isn’t, wasn’t, and never will be banned, as the article makes clear. So what else are you “amazed” that the USA has banned? Exactly?
Hard to imagine eating enough to do any folic-y harm, you’d turn into a block of salt first.

It never ceases to amaze me what foods this country (USA) will ban while still allowing the likes of McDonald’s, high fructose corn syrup and various chemicals to be served as “food.”

Yes…I’ve heard that large doses can be fatal, as they give one the unfortunate impulse to immediately pull out large projectiles embedded in one’s chest. (Krikey!)
