Another fun and informative fact abot pomegranate. The particular antioxidants have been shown to increase the skin’s ability to tolerate harmful UV rays by up to 25%, making topical suncreen more effective. Great news, because skin cancer and wrinkles are just yucky… and preventable.

That’s right: in Italian, pomegranate it’s “mela granata” and the hand grenade is “granata” as well.
