My buddy proposed to his girlfriend in college in Austin, Tx. He pre-arranged a street artist to be outside a swank hotel as they walked by. His future wife insisted that they get their caracatures done at that moment. It played into his plan perfectly, but he acted like he was doing it reluctantly. When the artist turned the picture around it had a caracature of him on his knee proposing to her and said, “Jane, will you marry me?.” She had a confused look on her face and when she turned around to look at him, he was on his knee with the ring in his hand. Needless to say, she said yes. I love that story!
