It’s time for all you geniuses to tackle this week’s mental_floss worksheet.
Instructions: Avast ye, matey! Prove your maritime mettle by drawing a line from the picture of each ill-fated ship to the point on the map where she currently rests under the sea. So drop anchor and pick up a pen, sailor. The time has come to see if ye is a captain or a cabin boy.
Click here if you’re up for the challenge and here if you’re up for the answers.
And as always, we’d suggest printing out this worksheet and taping it to your office/cubicle/dorm wall. Enjoy!

Strange. It’s pulling up for me now. Refresh your page. Are other folks able to pull it up now? By the way, I’m curious to know how many of these you guys knew - or kind of knew.

I swapped the Bismarck and the Lusitania, but the rest I had right

Yep, I’ll bet I forgot to refresh. Works now and I got em all.
These are the most famous, but think of all the others resting on the bottom. Is there a central registry that keeps track of these hulks for navigation or salvage purposes?

This is way too easy

I don’t know anything about this site but when I searched for “registry of sunken ships,” this came up: www.shipwreckregistry.com - seems like way more info than I’d ever want to know but interesting to see how many ships have gone down.
