Currently, you can download services dating back to August 2006. Some of the speakers featured are Dr. Jerry Falwell, Founder and Chancellor of Liberty University; Dr. R. Philip Roberts, President of MBTS; Dr. Craig A. Evans, Scroll Scholar, N.T. Professor, Accadia Divinity College, Canada; and Mr. Phillip Cosby, Executive Director, National Coaliton for the Protection of Children and Families. I've been a long time listener since the outset, and you can start with their earliest, most basic lessons or skip ahead (they've got over 150 lessons in categories like Survival Lessons - for someone who needs to learn quick! before they go to Japan, Beginner Lessons, Intermediate Lessons, Culture Lessons, and even occasional videos). I've also heard good things about ChinesePod101, but have never tried it out. Additionally, their website has corresponding text files and other learning materials to help you on your way! As a huge fan (and I promise I'm not someone not employed by anyone affiliated with either of the 'pods') I totally recommend podcast fans to check it out.
