@ Elaine -- That was Battle Damage He-Man, not to be confused with the rest of the He-Men that were in my toy box: "regular" He-Man and Thunder Punch He-Man. There were others, too, but I had to have all of the opposing Skeletor figures. Wow....what a geek I am!

There are action figures of my middle school Spanish teacher. Or at least from when he was Tito Santana, the professional wrestler.

Apparently, one or two students every year would find an action figure and bring it in for him to sign.

I had a He-Man doll that had a feature in his chest so that if he got hit there, it would turn and reveal a large gash in his armor and if you stabbed again it would turn and reveal a two gashes. He spent most of his days getting stabbed in the chest with his own sword so I could see the cool effect, which sounds all wrong if you ask me, you know sitting around stabbing a guy in the chest because it looks cool...If I remember correctly, in between stabbings, he often moonlighted as Barbie's boyfriend.

THUNDERCAAAAATS!!! Haha I saw that and I just thought about the theme song, which basically was the theme song to my child hood.
Did this make anyone else think about the wrestling action figure that came with the mannequin head? Only it looked like a woman's head? That's what this made me think about.

My favorite from the late '60's was a bad guy...it was Dr. Evil (not the Austin Powers version). He was blue, had no skull over his brain, and I think his teeth were red. My friends & I would play with GI Joes, and I'd haul out Dr. Evil and freak them out. Hah!

My parents gave me a set of CHiPs action figures for Christmas a few years ago. I was kind of upset because the John action figure had black gloves instead of yellow.

We had one of those Klinger figures around the house when I was a kid! I completely forgot about it until I saw the picture. Not sure why we got it though.

@Bakedpotatoes

Absolutely, these are action figures of shows people loved, the problem is the ages of the people the figures were aimed at.

@Ted Lange As Your Bartender

You're right in the sense that Mego was behind Micronauts, however, it was Takara, a Japanese company, that made the Microman in 1974 give or take. Mego just brought the license over the US under the Micronauts name. I posted about the history of the action figure if anyone is interested in reading more about it.
