Daft Dave: Bush’s cabinet
by David K. Israel - April 2, 2007 - 7:13 AM

dd1.jpgDaft Dave here again. If you missed my debut last week, check it out for a little background on my brief existence. Today, I was doing some research on all the positions in President Bush’s present cabinet, though I think I screwed up somewhere along the way. First person to point out all the inaccuracies (without Googling, as always) gets Daft Dave bragging rights for the week!

  2. Secretary of Agriculture
  3. Secretary of the Interior
  4. Secretary of the Exterior
  5. Secretary of Commerce
  6. Secretary of Labor
  7. Secretary of Urban Development
  8. Secretary of State
  9. Secretary of Health
  10. Secretary of Energy
  11. Secretary of Education and Welfare
  12. Secretary of Defense
  13. Secretary of Human Services

  1. There isn’t a secretary of the exterior… I think that is the secretary of state’s job… who seems to have been left out… poor state department…

  2. 1) no secretary of exterior
    2) secretary of housing and urban development, those aren’t individual cabinet posts
    3) same thing with health and human services
    4) no secretary of transportation
    5) no secretary of homeland security

  3. Daft Dave says: some of these is right, some ain’t… keep guessing, folks…

  4. In addition to mri’s comments 1-3:
Education and Welfare should be just Education.

Although, not a Secretary by title, the Attorney General is included as head of the Dept. of Justice

  5. Joe takes it!!!! Nice job.

  6. You have Secretary of Labor twice in the list.
