I’m probably lucky: I haven’t broken up with (or been broken up with by) that many people. Those few occasions where actual face-to-face breaking-up was necessary were often awkward and often painful — and sometimes both — but thankfully, revenge was never a part of the equation. That infamous “Steven” billboard was viral marketing for some CourtTV show about a private eye. They had a blog and everything. They kind of showed their hand when the same billboard started popping up in cities all over the country.
I have my doubts about the “real-ness” of the pickax one, too, but I had to be a soggy blanket.

The pick axe one is definitely a fake. notice that the glass on the windshield is not cracked. Also, their is not any puncture marks around the ones on the hood. Other then that the others are all funny.

The car-rage is more than just a breakup. I bet its not even a breakup! Those are women who suddenly found out their men are cheating on them, and had hoped to get away with it. An honest breakup is easier to take.

She (or he) could have done the axes a little more thoughtfully. The way (I’ll assume she) she arranged the axes makes the man (assuming) need only replace the top, hood and windshield. BUT, she should have put an axe in the hood, drivers door, back seat door, fenders, and equally all over the car. Creates more “overall” damage rather than “central” damage, like all the axes in the hood.

No one with any legal sense would put up the billboard above. It would immediately open you to a libel suit and would really hurt you in divorce court.

The pickaxe one is real, but it does not have anything to do with a breakup or something like that. The car was owned by a politician in some country here in Europe that got a bit unpopular with the general public.

Actually the 1st image ( the car with the pickaxes ) isn’t about a breakup at all. That happened in Bulgaria and the car belongs to some punk mobster guy, who got this as a warning of some kind.

I love how everyone is saying “women are inferior” and whatnot. If it weren’t for women, men wouldn’t even exist. And saying that men are the only workers and that he fully owns the house is old school. I know plenty of women (including myself) who work and support themselves. There are women out there who even support their boyfriends/husbands.
And, if women weren’t around, who would make you your sandwiches, damnit? (Had to throw that in there, I’m a girl, so it’s okay for me to say it haha.)

While I find this sort of stuff amusing nor am I one to cheat, why do women feel they have the right to damage property in such situations?
I’m sure there are cases of guys doing it to, but it seems more common that women pull this sort of crap.
If a woman ever did that to my car she’d want to leave the country and in a hurry!

Mark: I think the reason women damage property is just in hopes they hurt the guy as much as they hurt them. Some guys get attached to their cars or video game consoles or whatnot and desecrating/destroying it is like saying “you made me cry, now I’ll make you cry.” Course that’s assuming the woman has logic. Some who destroy their ex’s property are just doing what their friends tell them to or are just insane to begin with.
I like how, with the safety of the internet, a bunch of other guys have used what seems to be a humor post as a soapbox for making themselves feel better by bashing women. If a chick’s done you wrong and screwed with your property like that, be the mature one. Don’t drop to that level.
