11. I am sure that this photo and caption was originally posted by someone who had only a small command of English. I think that should be kept in mind before anyone else levels out some insults. As for German specifically, who knows? They say American English is the most difficult to learn.

15. I have never characterised LOLspeak with any nationality, so I’ve never taken it as insulting. If I’ve ‘voiced’ the captions in my head, it’s always been with a cutesy baby voice.

    I’ve simply taken these as what the featured animal was thinking; they hadn’t learned the whole grammar/context/spelling thing.
