		<description>In the category of odd stabbing implements, Tim recently saw a patient in the ER who had choked on a sausage and tried to extricate it by sticking a feather duster down his throat. Upside: he got the sausage unstuck. Downside: the feather duster poked all the way through his esophagus. Why he didn&#039;t just use the Heimlich maneuver, I have no idea.</description>
