Heh. What a coincidence…that’s my sister’s site. Yep, the cake is real.

I’ll have to let her speak for herself, but IIRC it was for a bachelor’s party, not the wedding itself.

I’ve heard of some people making meat ‘birthday cakes’ for their pets. It’s an interesting take on the conventional idea of meatloaf and mashed potatoes. It would certainly make getting kids to clean their plates a lot easier :).

Last Spring Martha Stewart made a meatloaf cake that was so pretty.She used mashed potatoes as the “frosting” and decorated it with peas and carrots :)
I’m afraid to go and look at what a “meat cake gallery” looks like :O
