		<description>Keep in mind this is based on a ratio of population to patents.  Therefore, China and India are at a decided disadvantage, due to their massive (lower class and uneducated) population.  On the other hand, Sweden is only just over 9 million people.  Always gotta watch those statistics:)</description>
