  1. Got ‘em all! I can see where the younger fans may have trouble with some but I had to make sure to get #6!

  2. Score: 100% (16 out of 16)

Numbers 7 and 13 I didn’t know, but took an “educated” guess and got ‘em right.

  3. Score: 100% (16 out of 16)
a little too easy I’m afraid.

  4. For some reason I have to exit the window and open the quiz each time I want to hear a new clip. This is really frustrating me.

  5. I’m 21 but I still knew all the older cartoons. They’re classics after all.

  6. Easy peasy lemon squeezy! :P
    I am 17, but I know my cartoons…lol

  7. 100%, wow, that was easy!

  8. im 14 and i still got ‘em all… they are classics after all
everybody should know them… then again, everybody probably wasn’t addicted to ‘boomerang’ on cartoon network when they were 6 & 7 either…
oh well, i rly liked it

oh well, i rly liked it. thank you

  10. I’m 33 and found this very easy. I don’t think I watched a lot of cartoons crowing up but these are all classics…like everyone seems to be saying. Answered each one in order without having any doubt in any answer.

  11. I got them all. And some of them weren’t even aired around here (the Netherlands).

  12. Yup, 16 out of 16. A little too simple.

  13. Too bad they only show the good cartoons (i.e. Flintstones, Jetsons & Looney Tunes) on a satellite-only channel. The only thing worth watching on Cartoon Network anymore are Family Guy and Futurama.

BTW, I got them all too ;)

  14. I don’t know what’s scarier – that I got all 16, or that I could give the names of 15 out of the 16, or that of the 503 people who’ve taken this quiz so far, the average score is 97%. (I don’t know if age has anything to do with it: I’m 46, and my cartoon character knowledge only extends about as far as “Rugrats” – I wouldn’t know Jimmy Neutron if he came up and bit me on the shin.)

  15. I don’t know what’s scarier – that I got all 16, or that I could give the names of 15 out of the 16, or that of the 503 people who’ve taken this quiz so far, the average score is 97%. 16. 100%…quickest quiz ever.

I’d like to see one that’s a bit harder with Bugs as a woman, Penelope Pitstop, Chilly Willy, Beaky Buzzard (”I’m bringing home a baby bumble bee…”), etc.

  17. I got all 16 as well. It was really easy.

  18. perfect score.

Isn’t it a bit of a give-away when the clip has the toon saying their own name??

  19. I’m not sure if I should be excited that I finally scored a 100% on one of these quizzes or saddened that it took a cartoon character quiz to get that perfect score.

    I’m such a kid!

  20. Sephyroth, for the most part I agree with you but The Venture Bros. on Cartoon network is one of the best shows I’ve ever seen. Of course it airs in the middle of the night so I have to watch it on DVD…

  21. Sara, I’m with you on the Venture Bros. Some of the things they show on Adult Swim are very edgy but funny in a way that cartoons rarely are anymore. Often I find myself saying, “can they say that in a cartoon? Oh, wait, it’s 2:00am.”

    BTW, 100% and we’re now up to 675 with a 97% average

  22. Cartoon Characters
    Score: 100% (16 out of 16)

Too easy. All mainstream stuff. Try it with clips from Loopy deLoop, the Great Gazoo, Crusader Rabbit, or Heckle & Jeckle and see how it goes. :)

  23. 100% – I obviously watched too much TV as a kid. Yay for me!

  24. My first 100% ever on one of these MF.com quizes. These are classic cartoons, lets see how we all do with a mix of lesser known characters.

  25. Now make it a real quiz: identify the speaker doing the voice ! Of course, most of the time the answer is Mel Blanc.

  26. 100 percent, baby. I have to admit, I didn’t know who “Crusher” was, but I knew all the others.

  27. got 100%. Great Memories!!!!
    Takes me back to yesteryear

  28. 100%! I watch way too much TV! :D

  29. Wazowski and Crusher were the toughest, except the others were so easy. Billy Crystal sounded the least like himself.

I think a quiz of all Mel Blanc secondary WB characters might be a tougher matching game… sometimes he was using the same basic voice against different characters. Heck, you could probably get Sylvester and Daffy confused with generic enough dialog.

I doubt anyone here would have recalled ‘Crusher’. Most of those others could have been named without a list to match.

Again, too easy when the average score is above what the score for missing One answer would be.

  30. Score: 100% (16 out of 16) Woohoo!

  31. Okay then! 30 of you have chimed in saying the quiz, albeit fun, was a little too easy.

Watch for a much harder cartoon quiz coming at ya same time next week!

  32. Score: 100% (16 out of 16)

not hard at all for a cartoon junkie!

  33. I am proud to boast 16 out of 16 here! Mom and Dad would be so proud knowing those mornings of Cap’N Crunch and Channel 20 paid off.

  34. Glad to know I didn’t waste time all those Saturday mornings!! 100%!!

But, awww…it was nice hearing Foghorn Leghorn and Mr. Magoo again. :-) They don’t make cartoons like these anymore. It all that anime/manga crap.
