He's another in a long line of initially innocent boy-toys the music industry churns out periodically to appeal to young girls... it's like the Jonas Brothers, Clay Aiken, N'Sync, BSB, Hanson, New Kids on the Block, Menudo, Danny Partridge, and so on. There's an intrinsic antagonism to having marketers shove down our throats an image that isn't real but takes on a temporary demigod status that is unachievable anyway. He's probably a good kid for now... and there's probably a certain reasonable innocence in him for now... but don't feign surprise at what others believe he represents as a pseudo-paragon of adolescent female desire.
