		<description>A group of my college friends used to gather each year on the Solstice to eat pancakes for breakfast.  Our reasoning was that on the longest day of the year, you absolutely had to have a good breakfast.  Sadly, as we&#039;ve all moved away and have family obligations that make it more difficult to get together, the tradition has lapsed.</description>
