Oh, and if you really care about animals/pets stop supporting breeders, get yours from shelters, get ‘em fixed, and call the cops on people who shut them in cars.
I know self-righteous outrage makes you feel superior, but try to do something that actrually helps.

I have lived in an animal-centric family all my life. All my pets have been strays or unwanted. My mother volunteers with a non-euthanizing shelter. We don’t eat animals.
Now.
Don’t tell me that dancing dog was not having a blast.
I was more concerned about the rabbits, but they didn’t look like they were suffering.
As far as the dogs pulling things… They can enjoy that, too. Just so they aren’t expected to over exert themselves. Dogs don’t mind work and if they get your attention and a treat so much the better.

I am tired of media types not thinking about how animals feel about the activities humans force upon them. Maybe dogs don’t like pulling people on scooters on the blistering hot sidewalk.

Dogs have an oppositional reflex which traditional harnesses tap into. The dogs don’t love to run. They’re only responding to the harness.

Scootering is for lazy people.
