Time for another Daft Dave post, folks! If you don’t remember how this works, Daft Dave has trouble getting his facts right. Today I’m feeling especially confused about some conversions. First one to point out all my mistakes gets serious DD bragging rights. (And remember, no reference books or Internet searches allowed…)
I think you made a typo… does that count as an error? You wrote:
35 ml = .035 ml
But I think you intended:
35 ml = .035 L
no?

…also, 100 Celsius is 212 Fahrenheit, not 132.

1) 23 lb is 368 oz though I’m confused as to how you got to 366, which is 1/8th of a lb off…
2) missing a “0″: .0001 tons
3) a kilogram is .001 metric tons
4) 35 ml = .035 *litres* not ml
5) 10 gallons is 40 US quarts, 8.3ish Imperial…
6) once again, only in the US. ‘Tis 9.99 imperial
7) 212F
8) dropped another “0″. .001 km
9) looks right to me…
10) also seems right
11) a league is just under 3.5 miles isn’t it?
12) dropped a 0 = 660 ft.

Jon Tillman you are darn near perfect! Still one rather egregious error to go, tho…

I think Jon got 10 wrong, 25 sq metres is 269 sq feet, divide by 1 acre (43508 sq feet) should be 0.006 acres. The rest looks ok to me.
