as for damage, ive used cd player motors to run small homemade cutting blades.  they do indeed have enough power.  the edge of the cd wont do anything, but if it cracked and you had a jagged edge?</description>

		<description>Looks awesome!  I want one.  Pretty impractical though.  I&#039;d be concerned about the CD rubbing up against something and becoming horribly scratched.  Also... it&#039;s going to be kind of hard to port around in its CD Player configuration.  Wouldn&#039;t want something to jam the CD and stop the rock, ya know.


Simon - I highly doubt that its motor has enough umph to do any sort of damage.  Even stereo size motors don&#039;t really have the power to do anything.</description>
