"Talk Like Prospector Day" would be awesome! As it turns out, my wedding anniversary is "Talk Liek a Pirate Day" -- my wife and I exchange "Pirate" greeting cards as a bit of an annual tradition. OK, we have regular anniversary cards, too!

As an aside, I was bemused to hear that "doxology" is a "Puritan term"! Its roots are surely Greek -- "dox" is "glory" and "logy" is "words". Doxologies were around long before Puritans and are in use in Christian services long since! Common ones are "Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost (Spirit)..." and "For Thine is the Kingdom and the power, and the Glory..."

This reminds me... Talk like a Pirate day is just around the corner... Sept 19. I'm looking forward to tripping out my coworkers...

Someone should start Talk like a Prospector day...

Most likely the same meaning it has now: something at its highest point or culmination. It's a pretty old word.

Love the Ol' Prospector translation! :-) I wonder, what meaning did the word "climax" have during that time?

Translation:

I observe others attempting to emulate myself,
However, it is improbable since there can only be one instance of me.
I am quite wealthy, because I am an ambitious person
You will find I’m a naturally gifted individual.
